Hi, I'm Caitlin! I have a rich 5+ years of experience in customer service and love being a problem solver. Currently, I am educating myself in Fraud Operations by learning SQL and studying to become a Certified Fraud Professional.
My previous experience has placed me in roles at both call-centers and start-ups. My adaptation skills allow me to thrive in fast-paced environments and swiveling roles, which has proven useful in handling escalations.
I consider animals to be my family, especially sea animals, if I had to pick a favorite then it would be a turtle. Their facial expressions, gentleness, and attractive shell patterns align well with my personality. My favorite hobbies include catching UV rays at the beach, cruising to the carribean, and snuggling up with my corgi while reading non-fiction books by Matt Haig.
